Rugged Research Rangers is a monthly, online subscription, parent-led adventure program designed to spark children's sense of discovery and wonder in the natural world. The program is geared for ages 6-12
​
Twice a month, parents will be e-mailed Park Ranger designed 'Adventure Field Guides' with a fun nature theme like 'Animal Superpowers', 'The Secret Lives of Trees', 'Magic in the Air' and more!
Each Adventure Field Guide will include an easy to teach lesson, activities, crafts and games to help guide your child on a journey of nature exploration.

At the end of each season completed, Rangers will be mailed Adventure Backpack Pins as awards for their progress.

About The Program
How It Works
When you sign-up for Rugged Research Rangers, you will automatically be added to our member list and be emailed an Adventure Field Guide twice a month (on the 1st and 15th of each month). You can complete these solo or with other friends.

If you would like to start or join a group, we can add your user name/ location to our public directory to help find others in your area.
​
If you need help with inspiration or knowledge about which local parks and open spaces would be a good fit for you, just send us an email with your location and our team will send you a list of the top 3 wild areas we would recommend in your area.

If you would like to join a Rugged Research guided program and apply your discount, just send us an email detailing which program you would like to register your child for and we will send you a one-time use promo code for 20% off. Your membership must be active during time of guided programming for discount to activate, otherwise you will be automatically charged for the difference.
